And just like that the first day of the season is already in the back of everyone's minds. Today, we get to watch 6 more games, in which some teams find themselves opening up, while others find themselves playing the 2nd of back to backs.

Here is your Sunday schedule:

- Philadelphia v Buffalo
- San Jose v Calgary
- Pittsburgh v NY Rangers
- Dallas v Minnesota
- Edmonton v Vancouver
- Chicago v Phoenix

Follow me after the jump for my predictions

Predictions

- Philadelphia v Buffalo
Similar teams in terms of toughness and skill...but Miller is better than Bryzgalov so Buffalo gets their first win of the season while Philly goes on its first 2 game losing streak.

- San Jose v Calgary
The Sharks cruise past the Flames, who are in for a difficult season.

- Pittsburgh v NY Rangers
The Rangers come out stronger than they did against Boston the other night, however, Pittsburgh's top guns find a way to get through Lundqvist and prevail in the end.

- Dallas v Minnesota
The living legend, Jaromir Jagr, makes one of his few visits to Minnesota and shows the state of hockey just what his career is all about...Stars win.

- Edmonton v Vancouver
The young Oilers go into Vancouver and use their speed to get by the lackluster Vancouver defense.

- Chicago v Phoenix
Chicago builds on its momentum from LA and comes out with another win the the Pacific division.
